Drinking tea is very ideal to spend time with your friend to chit chat about anything yes anything , just release your stress from your daily routine, sit at restaurant or Hawker and you can talk as if you were politician even you talk more about politics than them.

Okay I am not in mood to speak about politic stuff instead I would prefer speaking about tea because it would never hurt anyone, we all may know that there are lots of tea worldwide however, for me in general tea have 2 they are plain tea or tea with milk. In Singapore and Malaysia we call plain tea Tea O and tea with milk we just simply call tea or in Malay and Indian stall they call it Teh Tarik.

Hmm maybe you have ever heard about the Teh Tarik but let me share with you more, historically Indian Muslim brought the Teh Tarik to Malay peninsula they initially opened stall in rubber plantation to serve the workers during colonial time and it gradually well known through out Malay peninsula therefore this drink is very popular in Singapore and Malaysia even Malaysia regards the Teh Tarik as their  beverage heritage.

The unique part of Teh Tarik lays on the process of making it as the mixture poured back and forth repeatedly few times between two aluminium container from a height, the purpose from this process to mix the tea and milk to perfectly blended as a result you can taste the perfect combination between tea and milk from Teh Tarik, this process also will lower the heat temperature and make a foam on the top of tea so special my friend, if you are the first timer to see how they make it, believe me it is fun because they do it differently from the way to make any other tea, it is fun also to taste it, so guys my suggestion to you is please try out Teh Tarik from Malay or Indian stall whenever you visit Singapore or Malaysia.
