Hangout while drinking coffee is become new habit for young people. They always have money for coffee no matter what. Therefore, so many cafés or food stalls sell coffee. Moreover, in the center of the youth crowd, like university or school area, there must be more than one coffee sellers.

One of them, is Pukul Satu Kopi or people usually called PSK. It just a small outlet where you can hangout adding your own chairs. They provide many lightweight chairs that are easy to lift and stack for disassembly inside or in front of the outlet.

It is located at Dharmawangsa street No. 142 A, which is near big university, schools, and settlements. There is more than one coffee sellers on this busy street. What makes me interested is the vibe of the café. I saw couple times before finally I came to try.

It looks so cozy, homey, and tempting. They only sold iced coffee and non-coffee. It is suitable with the hot weather of Surabaya. I tried their Es Kopi Susu PSK with no sugar. It tasted like latte with strong coffee and creamy taste. They used house blend for the bean.    

You also can choose their non coffee drink like many teas, chocolate, matcha, milk based, etc. What I like is they provide one liter packaged for all drinks. It is suitable for you who came with many people or just bring it to home for drinking later.

If you like to eat, you can try their snacks, from cookies, soft cookies, varies of croissant, breads, and more. They collaborate with snack artisan at Surabaya. It is a smart move, so that they can attract more customers.

They open from 10 am – 12 pm. However, I suggest to come after the sun down. Since it was too hot in the afternoon. At night you can hangout, talking, eating, while watching the traffic of the street. It is one of my choices if I want coffee.

Actually, it was not original brand from Surabaya. They made the first stall at Bintara, Bekasi and Rawamangun, East Jakarta, then Surabaya.
